We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy on all items. Your satisfaction is our priority.

30-Day Returns Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return any item for a full refund or exchange. We understand that buying swimwear online can be challenging, which is why we've made our returns process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and the hygiene sticker intact. We cannot accept returns of swimwear that has been worn, washed, or has had the hygiene seal removed for health and safety reasons.

How to Return an Item

Returning items is straightforward. Follow these simple steps to process your return:

Step 1: Request a Return

Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or call us on +44 20 8123 4567. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll send you a return authorisation number and return label within 24 hours.

Step 2: Package Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Ensure all tags are attached and the hygiene seal is intact. Include your return authorisation number inside the package. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Step 3: Send Your Return

Attach the return label we provided to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office or courier collection point. If you're returning from within the UK, returns are completely free. For international returns, please contact us for return instructions.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Return Conditions

To ensure we can process your return quickly and efficiently, please ensure your items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Hygiene seals on swimwear must be intact and unbroken
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Gift items must be returned with original gift packaging and materials
  • Sale or discounted items are eligible for return under the same conditions

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the packaging or hygiene seal has been opened or removed:

  • Swimwear with broken or removed hygiene seals
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Faulty items can be returned at any time regardless of the condition of the hygiene seal, and we'll provide a full refund or replacement.

Refunds and Processing Times

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notification to confirm that we've received your returned item. We'll then process your refund within 5 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to that card. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.

Please allow 3-5 working days after we've processed your refund for the funds to appear in your account. This timeframe depends on your card issuer's or bank's processing times, which are beyond our control. If you haven't received your refund after 10 working days, please contact your bank or card issuer, then contact us if the issue persists.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.

If the item you want is in stock, we'll arrange to send it to you immediately upon receipt of your return. If the item is out of stock, we'll process a full refund and you can place a new order for your preferred item when it becomes available.

Exchanges follow the same return conditions as standard returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

Free UK Returns

We offer free returns for all orders shipped to UK addresses. When you request a return, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label that covers the full cost of return postage. Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office or collection point.

We recommend using a tracked postal service to return your items, as this provides proof of postage and allows you to track your return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit if they were not sent using a tracked service.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK can also return items within 30 days. However, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we've sent the wrong item.

Please contact us before returning an international order so we can provide you with the correct return address and any necessary customs documentation. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for international returns.

Refunds for international orders will be processed in GBP and converted to your local currency by your bank or card issuer. Please note that currency exchange rates may vary between the time of purchase and the time of refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure all items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the fault or damage.

We'll arrange for the item to be collected free of charge and will send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs. Faulty items can be returned even if the hygiene seal has been broken, as we understand you may need to try the item to discover the fault.

If we've sent you the wrong item by mistake, please contact us and we'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you immediately at no additional cost. You don't need to return the incorrect item until you've received the correct replacement.

Gift Returns

Items purchased as gifts can be returned by the recipient within 30 days of delivery. We'll issue a refund in the form of a gift voucher or store credit, as we're unable to refund the original purchaser without their consent.

If you're the original purchaser and the recipient wishes to return a gift, please contact us and we can arrange a refund to your original payment method. Gift returns follow the same conditions as standard returns.

Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel it by refusing delivery or returning the items to us within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned items in their original condition, we'll process a full refund including standard delivery charges.

Your Consumer Rights

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return faulty items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

If an item develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, we'll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you. For faults that appear after 6 months, we may ask for evidence that the fault was present at the time of purchase.
