Orders placed before 2pm on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.

International Delivery: We ship to selected countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 5-14 working days from dispatch. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Delivery Address: You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, you may be charged for redelivery.

Delivery Delays: Whilst we make every effort to deliver within estimated timeframes, delivery dates are estimates only and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times. We are not liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by you due to delivery delays, except where required by law.

Consumer Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Swimwear items must have the hygiene seal fully attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We will provide you with a returns authorisation and instructions. UK returns are free of charge. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.
